These data points are collected from all users upon account creation or during app use:
• Full name, username, email address, and password.
• Device IDs.
• Notification tokens (used for sending app notifications).
• Profile image and Cover image (optional).
2. Additional Data Collected Exclusively from Sellers (for Identity Verification and Posting Deals):
Sellers must provide the following additional information for identity verification and business functionality:
• NID (National ID) front and back images (for identity verification and compliance).
• WhatsApp number and/or Phone number (for buyer communication and verification).
• Shop name and Location (for business visibility)..
• Offer images you upload in the app (for deals posting).
We collect NID (National ID) images only to verify the identity of local shop owners before allowing them to post offers.
We do not use NID data for financial, governmental, or credit-related purposes.
All verification is internal to ensure a safe marketplace experience.
Additionally, our app includes features where sellers can use virtual Coins to enhance the visibility of their offers within the app. These Coins are purely virtual, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not considered financial instruments or incentives.
The information we collect will be retained by RH RAHAD TEC (www.rhrahadtec.xyz) and used as described in this policy.
To improve the functionality of our app, perform analytics, and serve advertisements, we use certain

Use and Control of Advertising ID (Google Policy)
We use the Advertising ID only for advertising and user analytics purposes.
- Link to PII: We do not link the Advertising ID with your Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads).
Permissions
• Notification Permission: Used to send important updates, offers, and alerts. You can allow or deny this permission anytime from your device settings.
• Storage Permission: Used to allow you to select and upload images such as your NID, profile photo, and offer images. This permission is only used for uploading files within the app and not for accessing other personal files on your device.For devices running Android 13 (API 33) or higher, this permission is replaced by Media Permissions (e.g., Read Media Images) to ensure greater privacy control.
• Camera Permission (if applicable): Used to capture images directly for profile or offer uploads.
• Advertising ID Permission: Used by third-party advertising services (e.g., Google AdMob) to serve personalized advertisements and for analytics purposes, in compliance with the Google Play Policy on Advertising ID.
In addition, our app also requires permissions such as Internet access, network state, and Wi-Fi state.
Log Data
Whenever you use our service and an error occurs, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called “Log Data.” This may include your device’s IP address, name, OS version, configuration, and usage time.

Data Deletion Right
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data. To provide the best possible service, we have added a “Delete My Data & Account” button within our app. Through this option, all user data will be permanently deleted from our system within 30 days. Additionally, if you prefer, you can also request data deletion via email , and we will process your request accordingly.

Offer Lagbe does not provide any financial, banking, lending, or government services. The app only helps users discover local shop offers and allows verified sellers to post deals. Seller verification using NID is conducted solely to confirm identity and prevent fraud.
